Minnesota MRPC regional meeting recommends Carl Samp as Brainerd-to-Elk River commissioner

The Minnesota Mississippi River Parkway Commission’s Brainerd‑to‑Elk River regional meeting on March 7 recommended Carl Samp for appointment as the region’s commissioner. The group heard Samp’s background and then moved, without additional nominations, to recommend him for election by the full commission.
