"We've had this contract for several years as part of Raise the Age funding 100%, reimbursed," Director Bill Connors said, explaining the services include parental advocates, community coaches and credible messengers.
Why it matters: the contract funds case management services designed to support families affected by youth justice and corrections policy changes and to reduce recidivism and court involvement. Connors said the program will serve up to 100 families per year and includes mentoring and skill-building components.
