The finance report also included additions read at the work session, a reported local realty transfer tax amount, ratified payments, and an appointment naming Golden Photo Studio as the official yearbook photography studio for the 2026–27 school year. The motion to accept the finance report was moved, seconded and passed by roll call.
In procurement business, the board accepted the bid report for environmental controls and mechanical maintenance, announcing H and G Mechanical, in partnership with CP3 Energy Systems, as the successful bidder after proposals were opened Feb. 19. The board voted to accept the bid report.
Other routine items approved included extracurricular coach and volunteer appointments for the 2026 sports season (track and field, softball, baseball, lacrosse and junior-high coaches), and buildings-report items such as a food-service appointment and the handling of medical-leave requests.
The meeting opened opportunities for public comment and virtual questions (no virtual questions were recorded); toward the end a motion to adjourn was made. Several items were tabled where indicated in the buildings report.
