Assistant Village Administrator Radcliffe told the board the second budget meeting will focus on the general fund and operating budget at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10 at the municipal center. Public works announced that Flood Brothers yard-waste collection begins April 6 for single-family customers (with requirements for paper bags, 33-gallon containers or brush bundles) and shared the annual spring-cleanup pickup dates (south of the railroad April 25; north of the tracks May 2). Radcliffe also noted the social district is open to the public as of March 1 and invited residents to visit downtown amenities. The board heard no further staff reports from the police chief or Katie Ward during this segment.
