Lindsay Mitchell, the city’s director of strategic initiatives, told the council the project would renovate the clubhouse, add a pool, event space, tennis and pickleball courts, parking and drainage improvements tied to a minimum $8 million private investment. The city’s assistance would come with recapture provisions and performance milestones, Mitchell said.
