Circuit Systems PD amendment: Council approved the applicant's request to expand an existing adaptive-reuse facility (Circuit Systems Company Inc.) from roughly 12,000 square feet to approximately 35,000 square feet to accommodate growth in aerospace-related manufacturing. The applicant described the use as clean manufacturing with limited truck traffic; staff said the project aligns with the city's economic-development target industries.
Other business: Council heard a public hearing and took the required steps related to the Arlington Housing Finance Corporation's intent to issue bonds for Reserve at Mayfield Apartments (public hearing held under Texas Local Government Code section 394.9025), and later approved a resolution to submit the required certificates to the Texas Attorney General's office for the Series 2025 bonds.
