ZA25‑2: Cecilia Nelson presented ZA25‑2, a request to change the rear portion of a 0.927‑acre site at 3000 South Cooper Street from community commercial to flex hybrid. Staff noted the rezoning would require a new legal description (meets and bounds) prior to council. Commissioner Blake moved to approve the request subject to updated meets and bounds; Commissioner Greer seconded and the motion passed 8 to nothing.
Administrative actions: The commission approved the minutes of the March 19, 2025 meeting (motion by Commissioner Sumter, second by Commissioner Blake; 8 to nothing) and granted a continuance for PD24‑36 (901 Debbie Lane) to April 16, 2025 (motion by Commissioner Blake, second by Commissioner Ware; 8 to nothing).
