Judge Jones said the fiscal court audit (fiscal year) was clean after a meeting with the state auditor; he also restated county financial pressures from declining coal severance receipts and other revenue changes that framed a broader discussion about fiscal priorities and magistrate salaries.
The court recorded votes on these acknowledgements and will reflect the personnel actions in county payroll and staffing records.
