Mott presented Proposed Motion 26-089 to authorize an agreement with KPFF Incorporated for design, engineering and environmental permitting services for the O'Reilly Acres bridge replacement (phase 1). She described the scope as including project management, preparation of plans and specifications and the US Army Corps of Engineers permit application, with a five-year term and a total not-to-exceed cost of $543,405. The committee moved the item to GLS under the consent agenda.
Proposed Motion 26-090 would authorize the county executive to execute an agreement with Graham Baba Architects PLLC for design and engineering services for the Snohomish County Food and Farming Center project. Mott said the work covers design analysis, value engineering, design development, strategies for phased construction, permitting support and preparation to advance the master plan. The agreement term cited was through March 31, 2028, with costs not to exceed $2,684,940. The committee moved the item to GLS under the consent agenda.
Proposed Motion 26-099 would approve and authorize an agreement with Double Z Media LLC for media planning and buying services for the Snohomish County Evergreen State Fair Park. Proposed Motion 26-104 would accept a salmon recovery local planning grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce. Proposed Motion 26-109 would authorize Amendment No. 7 to the county’s agreement with the American Association of Airport Executives to extend annual maintenance and support of the airport-specific interactive employee training suite for an additional two years. Mott said the amendment increases compensation by $18,200 for a contract total not to exceed $256,650 and would run 04/01/2026–04/01/2028. The committee moved the item to GLS under the consent agenda.
