Debbie Mott, council staff, presented Proposed Motion 26-088 to authorize the county executive to execute an agreement with KPFF Incorporated for Centennial Trail South conceptual design and feasibility work. Mott said the scope includes project management, site investigation, environmental review, community and stakeholder engagement, phasing and funding strategy, and preparation of preliminary design plans and cost estimates.
