Commission members noted that the commission previously met at 4 p.m. in 2021 and that Wednesday evenings still worked for most members. One member said they would need to coordinate with coaches for occasional conflicts but expected that, because the body meets only once a month, most absences could be managed.
A motion to change the meeting time was moved and seconded; the Chair called for the voice vote and announced, "the ayes have it," approving the schedule change. No roll‑call tally was recorded in the meeting transcript.
