Mayor Gilberto Falcon and commissioners acknowledged the complaint and directed staff to consult the legal department about traffic‑control authority and to explore speed‑bump placement as an inexpensive mitigation. Commissioner Barrera and Public Works staff later said speed‑bump hardware had just arrived for the south area; staff committed to a closer review and follow up with the resident.
