The second proclamation commemorated Women’s History Month, recognizing American women’s historic contributions across race and class, their volunteer and civic leadership, and service in the military. "We have agencies, we have organizations, we have non profits... and all of you carry those voices every single day," Paiske said, thanking attendees and community leaders present for their service.
