Speaker 2 also said the city submitted an ALR application to expand wastewater treatment plant capacity.
Council members asked about water capacity after a speaker noted about 175 new homes in an area and potential water needs for an industrial park; staff said it would check capacity and that water and wastewater projects remain council priorities. A speaker noted the elevator project at city facilities is complete except for installation of an external thermostat at the elevator shaft.
