Committee forwards multiple ordinances, contract amendments and PSE grant additions to GLS for Feb. consideration

Deb Bell briefed the committee on ordinances 26-003, 26-004 and 26-005. Ordinance 26-003 would update development permit fees for transportation review (staff said some fees dated to 1991) to improve cost recovery (from about 33% toward 55%), while 26-004 would add and revise miscellaneous fees in County Code 30.86 for items including landslide-hazard deviations and channel mitigation reviews.
