Board discussion on the sign items centered on material samples, color matching to existing facades, centering and visibility at night. For the Gem Park application staff noted decals under 1.5 square feet normally fall outside BAR purview but these decals appeared larger, so the board approved the decal subject to administrative staff review.
Each approved application carried either no additional conditions or the small placement/administrative conditions described above; there were no recorded oppositions to these approvals during the meeting.
