ISG reviewed MSB's references and recommended the low bidder based on demonstrated experience with at least five similar projects. The board moved and the motion carried by voice vote to authorize the award to MSB for construction under the previously approved plans.
No amendments to the contract were recorded at the meeting. Staff noted MSB had not previously worked with ISG or the county but references met requirements and ISG's reference checks were positive.
