Staff cited CUP conditions that require paved storage areas, limits on the total exterior storage area and a maximum of 30 vehicles, proof of insurance and licensing, setbacks and screening from public view. City code section 151.011 (chapter 151) permits the Board to revoke a permit if conditions of a CUP are violated.
