Jonathan Power, representing the applicant and landlord interests, said the site will be used primarily for sales, service and delivery; he described the facility as a sales gallery with service and delivery areas. Commissioners asked whether the site would operate as a gallery, a hub for autonomous vehicles, or both; Power said the primary uses are sales, service and delivery, with the majority of the building serving service and delivery functions.
Commissioner comments were supportive. Commissioner (unnamed) said the site is consistent with other similar facilities in the metro area. The commission approved the SUP amendment per DRC recommendation.
