Planning commission seeks council guidance to resolve LDR inconsistencies and safety concerns over alley‑access lots

Commissioners agreed that staff and the liaison should seek direction from City Council and try to get clearer communication before the next planning commission meeting; a date mentioned in the discussion for the next meeting was Feb. 17 at 9 a.m. Staff also noted the city is working with consultants on broader LDR updates but acknowledged commissioners may identify specific language fixes that could be advanced sooner.
