City staff cited total development costs of about $3,800,000 and said approximately $1,200,000 of that is Brownfield-eligible housing activity. The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority recommended a $200,000 Brownfield redevelopment revolving fund loan intended to reduce mortgage burdens on seven homes targeted at 80% AMI.
