Staff cautioned that bills without committee action by the statutory deadlines may be dead and that many measures are likely to carry forward into subsequent sessions for further work.
Council asked staff to share a post-meeting recap with their lobbyist and to coordinate on outreach and testimony schedules.
No county-wide policy votes were taken at the meeting; staff will return with an updated tracking memo and recommended positions for any hearings that remain active.
