The applicant's representative reported roads, utilities and communications infrastructure were installed and that one retention basin remained to be finished next week; paving was expected in spring.
Board members said they had not completed recent site inspections and asked that staff and the applicant provide testing documentation, including force‑main and sewer inspections. Staff reminded the board that one condition of the plan requires a third‑party inspection of potential leaks or storm lines. A motion to grant the one‑year extension passed by voice vote.
Separately, the board approved amendments to the subdivision and land development fee schedule as presented and adopted the consent agenda by voice vote. The minutes from the prior meeting were also accepted.
The board closed routine public hearings on land development regulation amendments after no members of the public appeared to speak.
