Lincoln board keeps current officers, approves calendar and routine finances

During the payables discussion the chair explained a long-standing senior surcharge exemption rule in state law: to qualify for an exemption a homeowner’s name must be on the water account and deed. The chair said the town had inadvertently granted exemptions in some multiple-unit accounts and that staff had contacted the State Water Resources Board for clarification.
