The Planning and Zoning Commission voted Monday evening to approve its consent agenda, clearing final and preliminary plats for Walton Pass, Finnick Place and Phenix Place and adopting the commission’s 2025 meeting schedule, the chair said.
The commission’s chair explained that consent items are considered routine and are enacted with a single motion and staff recommendations. Commissioner (S2) moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner (S3) seconded. The chair called for those in favor and the commission responded "Aye," after which the chair declared the motion passed.
The items approved on consent included: final plat approval for Walton Pass subdivision; preliminary plan approval for Finnick Place; final plat approval for Phenix Place (separate tract); and adoption of the 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting schedule. Staff stated that plats on the consent agenda met minimum subdivision regulations and were approved with standard staff recommendations.
The meeting then moved to public hearings on two replat applications.
