The board capped total allowable signage for the site at 145 square feet and confirmed hours and limiting rules for illumination consistent with the zoning code.
No members of the public spoke in opposition; the board approved the permit by voice vote. The zoning officer will verify that the installed sign matches the approved plans and lighting schedule.
