The board capped the total permitted signage at 145 square feet to accommodate the new logo while setting an enforceable maximum. The panel discussed lighting windows and standard hours for sign illumination; the applicant confirmed the sign will be on a timer consistent with local rules.
With the unanimous vote the applicant may proceed to finalize installation consistent with the approved measurements and illumination constraints.
