Red Cross volunteers thanked the board for long-standing community support and highlighted the chapter’s contributions.
Both proclamations were approved by voice vote during the meeting. The proclamations are ceremonial acknowledgments and the transcript records expressions of appreciation and plans for school readings and community activities rather than new county programs or budgetary commitments.
