After hearing testimony on House Bill 47 65 the committee proceeded to consider several separate items and took roll-call votes. Representative Hoadley moved to report HB 45 83 with recommendation as substitute H-1; following a roll call the motion passed 5–3 and the bill was reported with that recommendation.
Representative Alexander moved to report HB 45 84 with recommendation as substitute H-1; that motion likewise passed 5–3 and HB 45 84 was reported with the committee’s recommendation. Representative Pablo moved to report HB 50 32 with recommendation; the motion passed 5–3 and HB 50 32 was reported.
Earlier in the meeting Representative Hoadley moved to adopt the minutes from Feb. 24, which carried by unanimous consent. Representative Fox also moved to excuse absent members; that motion prevailed by unanimous consent and the committee adjourned.
