"The plat reflects the intended 50 foot right of way, to be named 15th Street Southeast," Liz Luis Carlos said during the staff presentation. Staff recommended approval with findings and conditions.
A board member moved to approve the preliminary and final plat as presented; during discussion one member said they needed to recuse themselves because the project lies in their backyard. After the recusal the board conducted a roll call and approved the motion. The roll call in the transcript shows affirmative votes from Commissioners Koster, Hardesty, Hankins, Chairman Radosevich, Commissioner Gavaldon and Commissioner Tortorici; the chair announced the motion passed.
