The Chair moved to table the rail expansion project; the motion was seconded and Commissioners Morton and Hazen each voted "Aye," after which the Clerk announced, "Motion carries. The item is tabled." The meeting then approved the accounts payable docket and the consent agenda by unanimous recorded voice votes before opening the floor for public comment.
