The mayor and manager agreed to circulate a single consolidated list of the day’s follow‑ups and data requests so commissioners and the public would have a clear record of next steps.
Mayor Allison Denton also asked whether the commission wanted verbatim minutes for budget meetings to capture detailed, technical points; several commissioners said a concise, written follow‑up list at the end of the meeting would capture action items, and staff agreed to send the list the next day.
What happens next: Town manager will circulate the consolidated follow‑up list and the corrected packet materials as soon as they are available; commissioners will use that package as the basis for scheduling subsequent budget meetings and formal votes.
