County administrator says Tyler software RFP is coming and distributes shoreline reconveyance MOA

At the March 4 meeting, the county administrator told Franklin County commissioners that the request for proposals to replace the county's aging Tyler software is expected to be issued soon and asked the board to review a memorandum of agreement (MOA) for a shoreline reconveyance project.
The administrator reported he "attended the BCAES meeting as well as the BIPEN meeting" and that "the request for proposal for the Tyler software, the RFPs is due to go out sometime soon." He asked commissioners to peruse the MOA being passed around, noting other municipalities appear to be supportive and asked whether the board wanted the MOA on next week's consent agenda or to workshop it.
He also told commissioners that municipalities and counties need to identify points of contact if human remains are found during shoreline work, and that responsibility typically falls to the county or city administrator. Commissioner Baumann—who previously served on the Shoreline Reconveyance working group—said she would review the documents with interest.
