PROC approves Feb. minutes, adopts 2026 meeting schedule and assigns volunteers
Summary
At its Aug. 8 meeting PROC unanimously approved the Feb. 14, 2025 minutes, adopted proposed 2026 meeting dates (move to Wednesdays), and assigned members to volunteer roles for RAVs/ASVs and website reviews.
The Peer Review Oversight Committee unanimously approved its Feb. 14, 2025 meeting minutes and voted to adopt the committee's proposed 2026 meeting schedule (moving meetings to Wednesdays). Members also volunteered for upcoming administering-entity visits, RAB/RAV assignments and website reviews through December.
The minutes were moved to adopt by Member Jennifer Benjamin and adopted by voice vote; roll call recorded unanimous approval. Member Alan Gittleson moved to adopt the 2026 meeting dates and Member Jeff Delizer seconded; the committee voted unanimously to adopt the proposed schedule. Staff (Matthew Parsons) led signups for round-the-state administering-entity visits (including Ohio and Florida) and asked members to coordinate availability and pair new members with experienced reviewers where appropriate.
No formal policy changes were made; staff and Cal CPA were asked to coordinate scheduling for an ASV tentatively scheduled for October and to follow up on any availability conflicts.
