The Pepper Pike City Council adopted two NOPEC-related ordinances — 2024-34 and 2024-35 — on third reading at its Oct. 23 meeting.
Mayor (presiding) said NOPEC relationship manager Tony Ramos had helped the city complete the necessary public hearings and that engagement with residents had been successful. After a motion and a second, the council took roll-call votes and adopted both ordinances.
The adoptions followed no additional discussion on the council floor. Mayor (presiding) thanked Ramos for his assistance in bringing the matter forward and securing the appropriate legislation.
The actions conclude the council’s consideration of the two NOPEC ordinances for this session; no amendments or dissent were recorded in the transcript.
