In new business the assembly considered a motion to protest the renewal of Francis LLC dba BoomTown Buds (marijuana license #36831); the motion to protest failed unanimously (5–0 'No'). The assembly approved an appointment of Samson Hartland as the Yukon-territory liaison to the Ports and Harbors Advisory Board on a 5–0 vote.
The assembly then entered executive session for a clerk evaluation and reconvened and adjourned later in the evening.
