Assembly members asked for confirmation whether the ground thaw machine is rented currently and for additional details on rate‑setting assumptions underlying projected passenger and revenue numbers; staff agreed to follow up with itemized travel/training breakdowns and confirmation of passenger capacity assumptions.
No vote was taken; managers will return with clarified assumptions and supporting documents.
