And if we don't agree with it, then we should not pass it." Several members, including Assembly member Henry, said they could not find numbers in the report they could rely on and favored reserving subsidy decisions for services the municipality must directly provide.
On roll call the motion to accept Resolution 25‑26R (the McKinley report) failed (recorded no votes from members present), and the report will not be adopted for municipal CPV spending guidance.
