The Concord Planning Board on Feb. 24 previewed Article 33, a zoning bylaw tied to MBTA communities multifamily provisions. The chair said 'Rob' will present; members noted the deck includes an overlay map, compliance requirements and benefits of adherence to MBTA community standards and suggested trimming or removing duplicate slide titles.
One member flagged that several added slides show a title alone and then repeat the title with content below, calling that format unnecessary for the presentation. The board agreed those are backup slides and can be omitted from the main town‑meeting presentation if they add no clarifying value.
No votes were taken; staff will refine slides before the hearing and presentation.
