City of Cape Canaveral CRA increases facade grant to $75,000, outlines projects through 2040

The City of Cape Canaveral Community Redevelopment Agency on Tuesday said it will expand its small grant program and outlined a slate of projects funded by CRA revenue.
"We're increasing that for this year," said Tamsyn Don, community and economic development partner for the city, announcing the board had boosted available grant funding to $75,000 for business and residential façade improvements in blighted areas. Don said the administration is streamlining application materials to make them easier to use and will conduct targeted outreach to encourage greater uptake of the funds.
