Council was told the $23,000 would be split across water, wastewater, storm sewer and the road use tax; the original agreement cost was stated as $127,710.
Council member S2 moved to approve the addendum; the motion was seconded and carried. No further schedule details or contractor-subcontractor changes were described at the meeting.
