A commissioner moved and another seconded to approve the Oct. 14 minutes; the motion was carried by voice vote with no opposition recorded on the public record. Commissioners then moved to approve the January 2026 minutes; that motion also carried.
During the staff reports, Dennis Roberts said the commission field trip is tentatively scheduled for April 16 and that staff will circulate an itinerary and site information ahead of the next meeting. Roberts also closed his presentations by reiterating staff contact information for public questions.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded and the commission voted in favor; the meeting concluded at about 5:09 p.m.
