The Montgomery County Economic Development Committee on Monday recommended approval of the county executive's FY27'132 capital improvements program for the Montgomery County Revenue Authority, amending the project description to require the revenue authority to present final plans for a proposed North End hangar to community stakeholders before construction.
Committee President Natalie Fanny Gonzales convened the session and called forward staff and revenue authority representatives to review the MCRA package, which staff said totals about $11.7 million over six years and is "largely self contained" by federal and state aid and the authority's bonding capacity.
