Emery noted that Little League play had started at Torgersen Park and reminded drivers to watch for children. The administrator closed with a public‑health reminder about depression, citing national prevalence statistics and urging residents to check in on friends and family.
Council took no formal vote to alter city operations in response to these announcements; the items were informational. The council adjourned after routine motions to close the meeting.
