Board accepts bid to remove underground fuel tanks at county airport

"The lowest bid came in at $23,835.33. Name of that company is EQ Industrial Services," the administrator said. Commissioners moved and approved the recommendation by voice vote so the work could be scheduled and likely completed before the next board meeting.
Next steps: county administration will finalize the contract and coordinate environmental testing and scheduling with EQ Industrial and the testing partner.
