Menifee recognizes winter teen award winners and spotlights Lady R Bistro

Michael Reinhart presented the 2026 Winter Teen Awards, sponsored by the Lake Menifee Women's Club, honoring Lacey Lomenick (All-Star Athlete category), Elizabeth Raines (Inspiring Academic category) and Isabella Lumamba (Outstanding Citizen). Each winner receives a $100 gift card and is eligible for the teen-of-the-year $500 prize at the end of the school year.
The council also presented a business-spotlight award to Lady R Bistro. Economic Development Director Kayla Charters introduced Chef Rosie O'Connor, who described reopening the bistro and hosting community events such as live music and themed dinners. The council presented a plaque "in recognition of your dedication to Menifee community and your continued commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents." Photos and brief remarks followed.
