Jerry explained that work under the agreement supports the county’s MS4 compliance and includes expanded outreach to industrial and commercial businesses affected by the permit’s new provisions. He noted Katie Vogler from the Ecology Action Center was present to answer permit‑specific questions.
Member Bessler announced an abstention "due to a conflict of interest" before the vote; the committee approved the agreement with one abstention recorded.
