Mount Clemens approves three-year Munetrix analytics contract and routine invoice payments

On Nov. 6 the Mount Clemens City Commission approved a three-year agreement with Munetrix to provide data-analytics services used for financial-transparency reporting and approved routine purchases and payment of presented invoices.
Staff said Munetrix offered a 25% discount on renewal and that the annual cost under the new agreement will be about $3,939.48. Staff also said the state of Michigan may reimburse up to 50% of license costs for data-analytics services if an agreement is approved by Dec. 1.
Commissioners voiced support for the contract, noting the price compares favorably with costs elsewhere. The commission then approved purchases and payments of invoices as presented by roll call.
