Miss Roberts presented the annual audit contract for fiscal year 2526, saying the contract amount cannot exceed $45,000 and will be submitted to the Local Government Commission by Dec. 31, 2026. The board approved that contract.
Under finance items the board accepted nine reported donations with a monetary value of $2,200 and nonmonetary value of $6,450, bringing year‑to‑date monetary donations to $65,283.13 and nonmonetary to $30,274.10.
