Financial and schedule notes: Staff said the building work will be funded from carryover ‘veil’ funds from last summer (roughly $400,000 remaining) and that construction scheduling will await the clarified bids. Lindstrom’s insulation/finish quote was the preferred option because it included a finished steel interior rather than spray foam without steel.
